To facilitate the service or complaint process of equipment purchased in our company, we have prepared a special application form. Please fill it in carefully so that we have all the information we need to respond quickly to any service faults.

How to prepare the device for shipment?

The device should preferably be packed in the original box (in the absence of the original box, the device should be well secured so that it will not be damaged in transit). The technical passport of the device should be attached (in the case of lack of a passport, a copy of the purchase invoice). Please attach a note describing the fault, as well as contact details for the person dealing with the complaint or service, invoice details and return shipping address.
