Processing and Protection of Personal Data

  1. Providing personal data as well as consent to their processing are completely voluntary. All personal data provided to us are processed only to the extent and for the purpose for which the CUSTOMER agreed. If the CUSTOMER does not provide the data necessary to process the order and does not consent to their processing, it may not be possible to complete the order.
  2. The Administrator ensures the security of the transferred data and the implementation of Users' rights resulting from the GDPR Regulation.
  3. The CUSTOMER has the right to access their personal data and rectify them, request their complete removal or limit the right to process their personal data, the right to object to the processing - for this purpose, you can use the functions in the store program, update user account data or send a request (e.g. to the e-mail address provided) specifying the request to change or delete data from the records. The customer has the right to withdraw his consent at any time.
  4. The ADMINISTRATOR may refuse to delete the User's data only in cases indicated by applicable regulations, in particular if the User has not paid all amounts due to the ADMINISTRATOR.
  5. Users' personal data are processed in order to establish, shape, conclude, amend or terminate the Agreement between the Service Provider and the Customer and to implement the Sales Agreement or the Agreement for the provision of Electronic Services described in the REGULATIONS.
  6. The user may receive marketing and commercial information (in the form of a "newsletter") if he agrees. The user may at any time opt out of receiving commercial information.
  7. We assure you that our company adheres to the personal data security policy. Personal data is safe with us and we make every effort to ensure that this level is systematically higher and higher.
  8. Users' personal data may be transferred to third parties only with the consent of the User in the cases described in the REGULATIONS.
  9. In order to perform the contract and deliver the ordered products and send correspondence to the customer, the data may be transferred to: Poczta Polska or a selected courier company.
  10. To perform the contract and deliver the products, it is necessary to provide the following personal data of the CUSTOMER: surname and first name, address for shipping the products, e-mail address, contact telephone number, in the case of a company, additionally NIP.
  11. In the case of sale of products through the INTERNET STORE in order to deliver products to the CUSTOMER, personal data necessary to address and deliver the parcel are transferred to companies professionally engaged in delivering parcels - in particular to the Polish Post Office, and courier companies - together with entrusting the parcel for delivery.
  12. Personal data is processed only for the period necessary to perform the contract or achieve the purpose for which the consent was given.
    • to maintain an account in the Online Store database - the basis for the processing of this data is the contract (regulations) that has been accepted by the User. We will process this data as long as the User does not terminate the concluded contract or until any claims are time-barred,
    • data in sales documents - for the period required by accounting regulations,
    • e-mail address used to send the newsletter - for the period of validity of the user's consent. The consent may be withdrawn at any time,
    • address data used to send marketing information regarding the Administrator's own services - (the basis for processing is the Administrator's legitimate legal interest - art.6 par.1 lit.GDPR). We will process this data as long as the User does not object to the processing of data for this purpose.

  13. The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the Office for Personal Data Protection (UODO) if he has objections to the processing of his personal data by the ADMINISTRATOR.

Policy on the use of cookies

This Policy defines the rules for creating, storing and accessing information on the User's devices using cookies in order to provide the services requested by the User by electronic means.

I. General Provisions
  1. In order to provide services by electronic means, the Administrator creates and stores temporary files and gains access to selected information on the User's devices.
  2. Cookies - means binary data, most often small text files, saved and stored on the User's devices, which are used in programming languages ​​for more efficient communication of the website and the user.
  3. Cookies created on the user's devices may come both from the Administrator's system (so-called own cookies) as well as from external programs supervising communication on the Internet (so-called external cookies, e.g. from Google and other websites).
  4. The User has the option to limit or disable the access of cookies to his Device. If you use this option, the use of the Website will be possible, except for functions which, by their nature, require cookies.
II. Purposes of using cookies
  1. Cookies and similar technologies are used on websites to ensure correct data transmission between connected computers. They are widely used: they help to adjust the content of the settings page on the recipient's computer, remember the preferred appearance of the page, e.g. the font size set, and ensure that the user performs several steps (e.g. adding an article, making a purchase in an online store). Cookies can also be used to match the displayed advertisements to the interests of website visitors. It can be said that the "cookie" technology is necessary for the proper display of interactive pages.
  2. In addition to cookies sent from the website we connect to, cookies may also be sent from the servers of the websites they refer to, e.g. Google, YouTube or social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter and others.
  3. In general, we can divide Cookies into two types of files:
    1. session cookies: they are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the end of the browser session. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the Device's memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow downloading any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device,
    2. persistent cookies: they are stored on the User's Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending a browser session or turning off the Device does not delete them from the User's Device. The persistent cookie mechanism does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.
  4. Under normal circumstances, the Cookies used are safe for the user. When used correctly, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter Users' Devices. These files allow us to identify the software used by the User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain they come from, their storage time on the Device (limited) and an assigned value (key).
  5. Cookies do not collect any personally identifiable information, including names and e-mail addresses.
  6. Each user can change the cookie settings in the browser they use, including completely disabling the possibility of saving them. If the user does not disable the option of saving cookies from different websites, it means in practice that he agrees to their saving and storage on the computer.
  7. The user may at any time delete cookies using the functions available in the web browser he uses.
  8. Ways of disabling or changing the settings for the most popular web browsers:
    1. Google Chrome - the default settings of Google Chrome allow the storage of cookies. To change the settings:
      • click on the "Google Chrome Settings" menu and select "Settings",
      • click on "Show advanced settings" at the bottom of the page,
      • select the "Content settings" option in the "Privacy" options,
      • to enter special settings for a given website, click "Manage exceptions" and choose your own settings for websites,
      • to confirm the changes, click the "Done" button.
    2. Microsoft Internet Explorer - The default settings of Microsoft Internet Explorer allow the storage of cookies, but block files that may come from websites that do not apply the privacy policy. To change the settings:
      • click on the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options",
      • select the "Privacy" tab,
      • use the slider to set the desired level of settings (the highest blocks cookies completely, the lowest allows the storage of all cookies).
    3. Mozilla Firefox - the default settings of the Mozilla Firefox browser allow the storage of cookies. To change the settings:
      • click the "Tools" menu (in other versions: click the "Firefox" button) and select "Options",
      • then select the "Privacy" tab and select the required settings,
      • to enter special settings for a given website, click "Exceptions" and choose your own settings for websites,
      • confirm the changes with the "OK" button.
    4. Opera - Opera's default browser settings allow cookies to be stored. To change the settings:
      • click on "Preferences", select "Advanced" and then "Cookies";
      • select the desired settings,
      • to enter special settings for a given website, go to the selected website, right-click on it, select the "Preferences for sites "and go to the" Cookies "tab and then enter the desired settings,
      • confirm the changes with the "OK" button.
    5. Safari - Safari's default settings allow cookies to be stored. To change the settings:
      • in the "Safari" menu, select the "Preferences" option,
      • click the "Privacy" icon,
      • select the desired settings,
      • to enter special settings for a given site, click "Details" and choose your own settings for the sites.
  9. If you decide to reject all cookies, you will not be able to use some of the content and services available on our websites, in particular those requiring logging in and then carrying out, for example, a purchase transaction in an online store. However, disabling cookies does not make it impossible to browse the pages of most websites.
  10. The user may at any time delete cookies using the functions available in the web browser he uses.
  11. It should be noted that the Cookies technology is used by hackers to infect computers and introduce malicious software. The cookie technology, which is to ensure proper communication with the website server, is in this case used contrary to its intended use. Protection against such an attack as well as other forms of hacking attempts should always be provided by a good anti-virus protection program.
